Business lending of this kind is generally unregulated credit and falls outside the Financial Conduct Authority’s regulated consumer credit and mortgage regimes. Secured Business Loans does not hold FCA authorisation because the products we arrange are unregulated business finance. Where an enquiry would require FCA-regulated advice, for example a regulated mortgage contract or regulated consumer credit agreement, we refer it to an appropriately authorised firm. Loan availability, rates and terms are set by third-party lenders and are not guaranteed. Property or other assets used as security may be repossessed if repayments are not maintained.
